Coriander Chutney with Tomato Recipe
Ingredients:
• 1 Bunch Fresh Coriander Leaves
• 1 Large Tomato
• 1 Cup Grated Coconut
• 4 Green Chilies
• 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds
• 2 Tsp Oil
• A Pinch Tamarind
• Salt to Taste
Method:
• Grind coriander leaves, tomato, grated coconut, chilies and tamarind in a mixer into a paste with little water.
• Add salt for taste.
• Heat oil and fry mustard seeds. When it splatters, add the paste and fry till the raw smell disappears.
