Aloo Chaat Recipe
Ingredients:
• 4 Potatoes
• 2 Tsp Chaat Masala
• 1 Tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
• Tamarind Chutney
• Mint Chutney
• 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
• Oil to Fry
• 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves
Method:
• Chop the potatoes into small pieces.
• Deep-fry the potatoes in oil.
• Drain excess oil on a paper.
• In a bowl, mix potatoes with cumin powder, red chili powder, chaat masala and salt.
• Add tamarind chutney and mint chutney and mix well.
• Garnish with coriander leaves.
