The Counter Custom Burgers Announces New Mushroom-Blend Burger

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz: The Counter (www.TheCounter.com) is excited to kick off 2019 on a lighter note with two new seasonal menu offerings. The Mushroom-Blend Burger and Sweet Sriracha Brussels Sprouts will be available for a limited time only.

The Mushroom-Blend Burger features all-natural beef blended with mushrooms, melted Swiss, umami sauce, fresh lettuce, crisp red onions, topped with sauteed mushrooms and served on a toasted wheat bun. The Sweet Sriracha Brussels Sprouts feature fried Brussels Sprouts tossed in a sweet Sriracha sauce and sea salt.

We wanted to give our customers a delicious and fresh way to begin 2019, said Rachel Cohn, director of marketing for Kahala Brands, parent company of The Counter. The savory flavor of the Mushroom-Blend Burger mixed with the refreshing taste of the Sweet Sriracha Brussels Sprouts is not to be missed!
