Autosoft Recognized as a Best Place to Work in Pennsylvania Five Years Running
This year's top 100 list represents only 27 winners in the medium-sized company category, 44 winners in small-sized, and 29 winners in large-sized. To be considered as a Best Place to Work, Autosoft participated in a rigorous six-month process that involved an analysis of its workplace policies, demographics, health and wellness benefits, practices, and systems. A very important part of this process are the survey results completed by company employees designed to measure work environment, job satisfaction, and culture.
