SICO Offers Schools an Opportunity to Create an Enriched Dining Experience
MINNEAPOLIS: SICO has introduced the Enriched Dining Experience, with the goal of helping K-12 schools create more exciting, profitable and efficient spaces that attract students.
The goal is to help schools (Food Service Directors) compel students to stay on campus for their dining experience. Schools are competing with off campus fast food dining options. Keeping students on campus for their dining needs fosters school spirit, sense of community, a revenue source for the school, and most importantly student safety, there is no need for the student to drive off campus for their lunch, said Ken Steinbauer, President & COO of SICO.
The Enriched Dining Experience portfolio includes free interior design consultation, a diverse product line of dining tables, booths, chairs, signage, trash receptacles and serving line accessories to manage queue lines. All products are offered in a wide variety of finish options providing an endless array of creative options.
As the leader in providing mobile-folding cafeteria tables for over 60 years, we understand the changing needs of our school customers. They were asking for a turnkey design driven cafeteria dining solution said Dan Reisetter, Education Sales Manager for SICO. Also, understanding the pressures of competing with off campus dining options and the need to increase student participation which provides a needed revenue source for schools, our Enriched Dining Experience package provides everything the school needs to create a premier dining experience.
