Disappointed with Nihal Sarin's performance this tournament. He's capable of so much better! But kudos to young V Pranav for holding Anish Giri to a draw - that's no small feat. Indian chess future looks bright with these youngsters.

Chennai always hosts such amazing chess events! The Challengers section is equally exciting - Pranesh and Puranik neck-to-neck. Hope the organizers stream more games live for fans who can't attend in person.

As an expat living in Chennai, I'm amazed by the chess culture here. The crowd support for Indian players is incredible! Keymer is impressive, but I'm rooting for Arjun to make a comeback. The tournament is still wide open!

The organizers should provide better commentary in regional languages too. Chess isn't just for English speakers! Otherwise, great tournament so far. Vaishali's loss was unexpected but she'll bounce back stronger 💪

Keymer's positional play is a masterclass! But let's not forget Awonder Liang's upset win - that was the game of the day for me. The depth in this tournament is amazing, with both established stars and rising talents.
