Respectful tributes are good, but I wish our leaders would also embody his spirit of non-partisan nation-building. Sometimes it feels like Sardar Patel's legacy is invoked selectively. His true tribute would be a politics that unites, not divides.

Iron Man indeed! The Statue of Unity is a fitting tribute. We should teach our children more about how he used diplomacy and firmness together. It wasn't just force, it was smart strategy. Jai Hind!

As someone who has studied Indian history, Patel's achievement is genuinely unparalleled in modern state formation. The scale and speed of integrating such diverse regions peacefully is a masterclass in political integration. The world doesn't talk about it enough.

"Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat" – this is the vision we must all work towards. Sardar Patel didn't just create a map, he created a feeling of one nation. In today's times, that feeling is his greatest gift and our biggest responsibility to preserve. 🙏

Sometimes I wonder, where would cities like Hyderabad or Junagadh be if not for his resolve? We owe the geographical integrity of our nation to him. A grateful nation remembers.
