Good initiative by Minister Goyal! MSMEs are the backbone of our economy and quality standards will help them compete globally. But implementation should be gradual - many small businesses still struggle with basic compliance. Hope they provide proper training and support. 🇮🇳

As someone running a small handicraft business, I welcome QCOs but the certification process needs to be simpler and cheaper. Right now it feels like another tax on small entrepreneurs. The 'Zero Defect' vision is excellent though - we must improve quality to compete with China!

Finally! This was long overdue. Indian products often get rejected in international markets due to quality issues. Strict standards will force manufacturers to improve. Kudos to PM Modi and Minister Goyal for this push towards quality consciousness. Make in India will succeed only with Make Quality in India!

While the intention is good, I'm concerned about corruption in certification. We've seen how other standards like ISI marks get misused. The government must ensure strict monitoring and heavy penalties for fake certifications. Quality control should mean actual quality, not just paperwork.

The 'Zero Effect' environmental aspect is most important! Many small factories pollute rivers and air because they can't afford treatment plants. Government should provide subsidies for green technology along with these quality standards. Sustainable growth is the need of the hour.

As a consumer, I'm happy about this move! So many times we buy local products that don't last. If MSMEs improve quality, we'll prefer them over Chinese imports. But prices shouldn't increase too much - that's why people buy cheap Chinese goods in first place. Balance is key! 🙏
