Such a tragic loss of life on a Sunday evening. Head-on collisions between state buses are terrifying and point to a deeper issue with road safety or driver training. While the medical response seems coordinated, we need a thorough investigation to prevent this from happening again.

Om Shanti. The speed with which the Collector and Minister were deputed is commendable. However, as a regular bus traveler, I have to ask: are these buses being maintained properly? Were the drivers overworked? We need answers beyond just expressions of grief.

The fact that one patient chose to go to a private hospital on their own preference speaks volumes. While government hospitals are doing their best, there is a perceived gap in advanced care that forces people to make such difficult choices during a crisis.
