This is fantastic news for Assam's development! Japan's expertise in infrastructure and technology can transform our Northeast region. Hope to see more Japanese investments in manufacturing and skill development centers. 🇮🇳🤝🇯🇵

While I appreciate the diplomatic efforts, I hope these collaborations actually benefit local Assamese youth first. Too often, such partnerships only create low-paying jobs while foreign companies take the profits. The language center is a good start though!

Japan-Assam ties make perfect sense - both are prone to earthquakes and have rich cultural heritage. Maybe they can collaborate on disaster management too? The Northeast could learn from Japan's earthquake preparedness systems.

As someone from Guwahati, I'm excited but cautious. We need development that preserves our environment and culture. Japan is known for balancing progress with nature - hope they bring that wisdom here. The tea gardens and wildlife must be protected!

Great move! Japan's investment could be a game-changer for Act East Policy. But government should ensure transparency in all deals - we don't want another China-like debt trap situation in our sensitive northeastern region.

The Japanese language center is brilliant! My cousin did a Japanese course in Delhi and now works in Tokyo with great salary. More opportunities like this can stop brain drain from Assam to other Indian states. 🙌
