Bhubaneswar, March 25: The Speaker of Odisha Assembly, Surama Padhy, on Tuesday suspended 12 out of the 14 legislators of the Congress for seven working days for allegedly disrespecting the Speaker and unruly behaviour in the House. The Congress leaders have been holding noisy protests while demanding the constitution of a House committee over cases of atrocities against women in Odisha.

EPFO to process all cases for pensions on higher wages by March 31

New Delhi, Feb 26: The Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has completed the processing of 70 per cent of applications received under Pension on Higher Wages (PoHW) and aims to complete the processing of all applications by March 31, 2025, according to an official statement issued on Wednesday.
