London, Feb 4: Tottenham Hotspur defender Radu Dragusin set to undergo surgery after injuring the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in his right knee, the Premier League club said on Tuesday. The 23-year-old defender suffered the injury during the Europa League victory against Elfsborg last Thursday.
