Odisha govt signs MoU with EESL to enhance energy security

Bhubaneswar, Feb 14: The Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL), a joint venture of PSUs under the Ministry of Power, on Friday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the government of Odisha to collaborate on the exchange of ideas, technologies, and information for the implementation of large-scale energy efficiency measures.

India's largest LPG Cavern to be operational by April this year: HPCL

New Delhi, February 13: India's largest LPG Cavern is set to be operational by April, said an official on the sidelines of India Energy Week 2025. Amit Garg, Director, of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) told mediapersons that the largest LPG Cavern is being constructed at HPCL's LPG import facility at Mangalore. He added that the LPG Cavern is designed to store 80,000 Metric Tons of LPG and it stands as a feat of engineering brilliance.
