New Delhi, May 29: Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has approved the grant of ‘Miniratna’ status Category-I for the Munitions India Limited (MIL), the Armoured Vehicles Nigam Limited (AVNL), and India Optel Limited (IOL), an official statement said on Thursday.

Kolkata, March 31: Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers (GRSE) Ltd has declared an interim dividend at the rate of 89.5 per cent of paid-up share capital for FY25, as compared to 79 per cent in FY24. The shipbuilder, a PSU under the Ministry of Defence, has also coasted to a record annual turnover of Rs 4,750 crore (provisional and unaudited) in FY25, the highest in the company's 64-year history.

BEL bags more defence orders worth Rs 577 crore

HAL clocks 14 pc jump in Q3 net profit at Rs 1,440 crore

New Delhi, Feb 12: Government-owned Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL) on Wednesday reported a robust 14 per cent increase in consolidated net profit at Rs 1,440 crore for the October-December quarter of the current financial year compared to the corresponding figure of Rs 1,261 crore in the same period of 2023-24.
