Great initiative, but I hope the fees are reasonable. Academies like these can sometimes become very expensive, shutting out talented players from modest backgrounds. The infrastructure sounds top-notch, but access is key.

Two turf pitches, a swimming pool, floodlights... wow! This is bigger than some district-level stadiums. Hope they have a good scholarship program to identify and support real talent from the local area.

As someone who moved from the US, it's impressive to see the scale of cricket development here. 35+ centres globally is massive. This kind of professional setup from a young age is what builds champions.

Partnership with KSR Educational Institutions is a smart move. Combining academics with such sports infrastructure is the ideal model for student-athletes. Hope other franchises follow suit in tier-2 and tier-3 cities.

It says it's for boys and girls. That's very important. Hope they actively encourage girls to join and have dedicated female coaches as well. The next Jhulan Goswami or Smriti Mandhana could come from here!
