Interesting to see BJP leading in BLA applications. Shows their organizational strength in Bengal. But numbers don't always translate to votes on ground. Let's see how this plays out in next elections.

The 2002 reference point for documentation seems problematic. Many people have moved since then. Hope the EC has proper mechanisms to handle genuine cases without unnecessary bureaucracy.

Good to see the election commission being proactive. Clean voter lists are essential for fair elections. Hope all political parties cooperate in this process instead of creating obstacles.

The gap between BJP and TMC in BLA applications is very narrow - just about 1000 applications difference. This shows how competitive Bengal politics has become! 🎯

With 7.66 crore voters, distributing forms to 2.72 crore in 4 days is good progress. But the real test will be how many actually submit them properly. Hope the EC provides adequate assistance to voters.
