Highlighting the opportunities available to Members to raise issues of public concern, the Chairman referred to Zero Hour, Special Mention, and Question Hour as vital instruments that allow Members to bring forth matters of urgent public importance.

He reminded Members that the Constitution of India and the Rules Book of the Rajya Sabha serve as the guiding framework--the Laxman Rekha--for parliamentary discourse. Good initiative by the new Chairman. But let's see if this translates into actual change. Too often we see walkouts and disruptions that waste taxpayer money. Hope all parties cooperate.

The mention of 'Laxman Rekha' is perfect! There should be boundaries in parliamentary conduct. Democracy thrives on healthy debate, not chaos. Well said, Chairman sir! 🇮🇳

As someone who follows parliamentary proceedings regularly, I appreciate the focus on Zero Hour and Question Hour. These are crucial for accountability. Hope the opposition gets fair opportunities to raise concerns.

While I appreciate the sentiment, I hope this isn't just rhetoric. The ruling party must ensure they don't misuse their majority to suppress legitimate opposition voices. Balance is key in democracy.

Excellent message! Our parliament should set an example for state assemblies too. So much important legislation gets delayed due to unnecessary disruptions. Let's hope for productive sessions ahead! ✨
