This is a positive step by the new Odisha government! Employment generation should be top priority for every state. Hope they maintain transparency in these recruitments and don't play favorites. More such melas should be organized across districts.

As an Odia, I'm happy to see 20,000+ teachers appointed! 👏 Education is the foundation of development. But government should also focus on improving school infrastructure, especially in tribal areas. Hope these new teachers get proper training before posting.

Good initiative but 1,294 appointments is just a drop in the ocean. Odisha has lakhs of unemployed youth. The CM should share a proper roadmap for job creation in both government and private sectors. Mere recruitment fairs won't solve the unemployment crisis.

My cousin got selected in this Nijukti Mela! 🎉 After 3 years of preparing for govt exams, finally some hope. Request to CM - please conduct these fairs regularly and reduce political interference in recruitments. Youth just want fair opportunities based on merit.

While appointments are welcome, I hope the government is also thinking about quality. Many newly recruited teachers lack proper qualifications. There should be strict screening and continuous evaluation to maintain education standards. Jai Jagannath!

The focus on education sector recruitment is commendable. But what about other departments? Healthcare workers, agriculture experts and technical staff are equally needed for Odisha's development. Hope next mela covers more sectors.
