Mini skirts mein videos hain...: Malti Chahar takes jibe at Tanya Mittal's 'sanskaari' image on Bigg Boss 19

Malti Chahar reveals Tanya Mittal's contradictory behavior, citing mini skirt videos that contradict her traditional image inside Bigg Boss house.

"Mini skirts mein bhi videos hain iske - Malti Chahar"

Mumbai, October 20

Malti Chahar, who entered 'Bigg Boss 19' as a wild card contestant a few weeks ago, seems to have had a fallout with fellow contestant Tanya Mittal. The two were seen bonding well last week, but the latest promo of the reality show hints that things have taken a turn.

In the new promo shared by the makers, Malti can be seen talking about Tanya's behaviour inside and outside the Bigg Boss house. She said that Tanya tries to show herself as a 'sati savitri' (a pure and traditional woman) inside the house, but her real personality is very different.

Malti, seen sitting with fellow contestants Ahsnoor Kaur and Abhishek Bajaj, tells them, "The way she portrays herself is entirely different. Mini skirts mein bhi videos hain iske (There are videos of her in mini skirts)."

Malti then continues to talk about Tanya's videos and outfits seen online, adding, "Samajh aa raha hai? Ki woh meme material kyu hai? Kyunki woh kehti kuch aur hai, hai kuch aur. So, she is a player."

Her comments didn't go down well with many social media users, who slammed Malti for making remarks about Tanya's clothes. Some netizens called the conversation "judgmental" and said that commenting on someone's dressing sense was unnecessary.

Meanwhile, the show has also been winning hearts outside the house, with housemates forming their own camps.

The theme for this year is 'Gharwalon Ki Sarkaar.' Popular names, including Gaurav Khanna, Kunica Sadanand, Ashnoor Kaur, Amaal Mallik, Tanya Mittal, Baseer Ali, Malti Chahar, Nehal Chudasama, Mridul, and Shehbaz Badesha, are in the race for the Bigg Boss trophy.

Hosted by Salman Khan, 'Bigg Boss 19' streams on JioHotstar at 9 p.m., before its TV telecast on Colors TV at 10:30 p.m.

Typical Bigg Boss drama! Malti is just trying to create content and stay relevant. Both are playing the game, but commenting on someone's clothing is below the belt. 🙄

Honestly, what's wrong with wearing mini skirts? This is 2024, not 1924. Tanya can be traditional in some aspects and modern in others. We Indian women have multiple dimensions! 💁‍♀️

Malti has a point though - if Tanya is pretending to be something she's not inside the house, that's hypocrisy. But the focus should be on her behavior, not her clothes. 🤔

As someone watching from abroad, this whole "sanskaari" debate seems outdated. Women everywhere balance different aspects of their personality. The real issue is Malti's slut-shaming attitude.

Both are wrong in their own ways. Tanya shouldn't fake her personality, and Malti shouldn't judge based on clothing. This is why I stopped watching Bigg Boss - too much negativity! 😤
