While I appreciate the focus on education, I wonder about implementation. My cousin teaches in a village school and says many SMC members don't attend meetings regularly. Maybe incentives could help?

Good steps, but what about teacher vacancies? My village school has 2 teachers for 150 students. Quality education needs adequate staffing first. Hope the government addresses this too.
