₹400 for old jeans seems decent, but the discount is only valid when you buy something new right? Sounds like a marketing gimmick to make us spend more money. I'd prefer if they just gave cash instead of coupons.

Great concept but execution matters. Last time I went for similar exchange offer, staff took 30 mins to evaluate my clothes and the discount wasn't worth the hassle. Hope Fashion Factory has better trained staff for this festival.
