Tragic incident. While the CM's response is good, we need stricter enforcement of building safety norms in Delhi. How many more lives will be lost before authorities take construction violations seriously? 😔

My heart goes out to the families, especially the workers from UP and Bihar who come to Delhi for livelihood. Hope the compensation reaches them quickly. The government should also provide free education to their children.

Another building collapse in Delhi? This is becoming too frequent. The MCD needs complete overhaul - corruption in giving building approvals must stop. Safety should be priority #1.

Appreciate the quick response from fire services and NDRF. But why was an elderly 65-year-old still working as contractor? Shows how tough life is for our migrant workers. We need better social security.

The CM's tweet is fine but what concrete action will be taken against the builders violating norms? Just last month 11 died in Mustafabad. Enough of condolences, we need accountability!

So sad 😢 These workers build our homes but live in such unsafe conditions themselves. Hope the injured recovers soon. The government should make mandatory insurance for all construction workers.
