The sequel is directed by Anshul Sharma and produced by T-Series Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar, along with Luv Films' Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg.

The original 'De De Pyaar De' (2019), directed by Akiv Ali, was a hit among moviegoers. It starred Ajay Devgn, Tabu, and Rakul Preet Singh in lead roles.

The romantic comedy followed the story of Ashish (Ajay Devgn), a 50-year-old divorcee who falls in love with Ayesha (Rakul Preet Singh), a woman half his age. The film revolves around the complexities of their relationship, including societal judgment and the challenges posed by Ashish's ex-wife (played by Tabu).

'De De Pyaar De 2' is set to release in theatres on November 14.

Honestly, I'm a bit skeptical about sequels. The first one was good, but hope they don't just repeat the same jokes. Still, Ajay Devgn and Rakul's chemistry looks fresh. Will give it a chance!

November 14 release - perfect timing for pre-Diwali entertainment! Bollywood needs more good comedies like this. The in-law situations are so relatable to Indian families. 😄

Watched the trailer with my Indian colleagues at work - they were explaining all the cultural references! The "meeting the parents" drama seems universal though. Looks like a fun watch!

Missing Tabu in this sequel though. She was brilliant in the first part. But Rakul Preet looks charming and the addition of Meezaan Jafri should bring fresh energy. Hope the story holds up!
