Finally some good news for Bengaluru! The CityCat initiative looks promising, but I hope this isn't just another PR stunt. Our city needs consistent efforts to tackle garbage and pollution. The Yettinahole project is equally important - water scarcity is a real issue. 🤞

As a Bengalurean, I'm cautiously optimistic. We've seen many announcements before with little follow-through. The CityCat better come with a proper maintenance plan - our last cleaning machines broke down within months. Also, what about public awareness campaigns? Cleanliness starts with citizens!

Good initiative, but why only Bengaluru? Other Karnataka cities like Mysuru and Hubli also need such facilities. The government should think about equitable development across the state. Also, hope they've considered proper waste segregation before buying fancy machines.

The Yettinahole project is more crucial than these cleaning vehicles! Water is life. If they can deliver on both promises by 2027, it would be amazing. But given Bengaluru's track record with infrastructure projects, I'll believe it when I see it. Fingers crossed though! 🙏

Instead of spending crores on new machines, why not fix the basic garbage collection system first? My area still has irregular waste pickup. The government needs to work on ground-level implementation rather than just making announcements for media coverage.

As someone who's lived abroad, I appreciate this modern approach to city cleaning. But technology alone won't solve our problems - we need better civic sense. Maybe the government should run Swachh Bharat campaigns specifically for Bengaluru residents. Clean machines + clean habits = real change!
