While I appreciate the government's efforts, I hope this committee actually delivers results. We've seen many such announcements before but Marathi films still struggle for screens. Actions speak louder than words!

Marathi cinema has given us gems like Sairat, Natsamrat, and Court. It's high time multiplexes stop treating regional cinema as second-class. The Diamond Jubilee celebration is well-deserved! 👏

As a film student, this gives me hope! The government recognizing backstage artists along with actors/directors is particularly heartwarming. Every contribution matters in filmmaking.

Good initiative but why only Marathi? Other regional cinemas from India also face similar issues. The government should think about all Indian language films, not just one.

My grandparents used to tell me about the golden era of Marathi cinema. With these new policies, maybe we can bring back that glory! The awards show our rich cultural heritage. 💖
