This is heartbreaking to see so many claims for war damages. While we have our own border tensions, we must remember that innocent civilians suffer the most in any conflict. Hope peace prevails soon. 🙏

The numbers from Tel Aviv are staggering! Makes me appreciate the relative peace we have despite our border issues with Pakistan and China. Our government should study how Israel handles compensation - could be useful for disaster management in India too.

While we sympathize with civilians, India must remain neutral in this conflict. Our focus should be on strengthening our own borders first. Just last month there were reports of Chinese incursions in Arunachal!

The efficiency of Israel's compensation system is impressive. In India, it takes years to get compensation for much smaller disasters. Maybe we can learn something about governance here? Though of course, I wish there was no need for such systems at all.

War affects everyone - rich or poor. Look at the numbers from affluent Tel Aviv versus smaller towns. This reminds me of how our border villages in J&K suffer during tensions with Pakistan. No one wins in war.

The scale of destruction is unimaginable! 😔 Makes me wonder - if this can happen to a militarily strong nation like Israel, how vulnerable are we with our multiple hostile neighbors? Time to invest more in defense AND diplomacy.
