BOSTON: Scout Exchange, a platform for marketplace recruiting, has been declared as a "revolutionary" example of intelligent software in the latest research from leading industry analyst John Sumser of HRExaminer.
The 91-page report, entitled "2018 Index of Predictive Tools in HRTech: The Emergence of Intelligent Software," presents the first ever comprehensive look at the impact of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Big Data and Neural Nets on the HR Technology Industry.
In the report's company summary section, Sumser credits Scout's ability to help employers "control contingent search spend and improve recruiting results in a way that simply wasn't possible before." He further depicts Scout as a "fantastic example of how to use emerging technology to reduce workloads, increase value and simplify intractable problems."
"As I note in the report, this is a new era for software," said Sumser, principal analyst for HRExaminer. "What's significant about Scout is its powerful combination of features like single thread invoicing, user ratings, performance-based matching and vendor management."
"Intelligent software is critical to helping employers find high quality talent and create real business value," said Ken Lazarus, CEO of Scout Exchange. "It's an honor to be included in this important research and to receive such a high rating on our use of machine learning to impact recruiting results."
The report marks the first edition of an annual research project designed to keep HR Tech decision makers informed as the intelligent software movement progresses. A complimentary copy of the research is available for download here on Scout's website.
