Spreading Happiness Aligned With Prime Minister's 'Swachhta Vision'

MUMBAI: Thriving on the nation's focus and the Prime Minister's dream, Ixora FM is spearheading ahead with the message of spreading happiness through 'Clean India'. The company is enabling the workforce with technology and skill, which enhances productivity as the nation is working towards 'Swachhta'.

Ixora FM is a brand with four basic pillars focussed on Skill India, Swachh Bharat, Make in India and Handloom. Ixora works towards swachhta with an essence to spread happiness of 'Clean India' and their employees take pride to be draped in uniforms designed and customised using handloom. "There are two special projects which are very close to my heart: the first being women empowerment - we have been able to employ women facility management team and the second objective is to help physically challenged and push every customer and our team to employ few as part of their teams. On the business front, we are very passionate about the luxury home cleaning business, which is tipped over 100BUS$. It prides me that today we are empowered with technology, used by the workforce to perform and earn better. We have always worked towards promoting employment and giving back to the society," said Ashka Sheth, Brand Director, Ixora FM.
"Being a start up, Ixora had to create a minimum of 500+ jobs every month, if it had to be recognised nationally in the next two years. Abhishek's dedication towards the company inspired me and that's when we shook hands to 'Architect the Change'. Since then, we are focuussed on not just making profit but to have a sense of fulfilment of growing and spreading joy to get a job. Being the first company in this space which talks about 'GCH' gross corporate happiness, it's a tool which attracts a lot more than you can imagine. We are currently on route to collaborate with Venture Capitalists and Individual Investors, and personally suggest investments of fund in services sector, which will grow multiple times in the future. This is visible globally and also with the recent IPO, specially when it is 80% unorganised market space," said Shoaib Ashraf, Director Business Development, Ixora FM. Today, Ixora FM works on IoT enabled platforms, and the company's smart washroom solution, enables them to take data-based decisions by taking SFM to a new high. "My team and I have worked on simplifying the complex workforce management and have enabled them to enhance productivity by reducing costs. For us, it's a journey which has begun to redefine the Facility Management space by keeping things simple and truly Indian. Our happiness index and smart IoT washroom is the first to reinovate this space," said Devesh Sharma, Director Technology, Ixora FM.
