DENVER: Selas Linde North America, a division of Linde Engineering North America Inc. announced that it will present at the AFPM Environmental Conference, to be held October 15-17. The program will focus on regulatory and policy issues at the plant level.
On Monday, October 16, Gene Irrgang, Global Product Manager, Oxidation Technologies, will discuss the patented THERMATRIX flameless thermal oxidation (FTO) technology, a high performance, cost-effective solution for the destruction and removal of a wide range of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and hazardous air pollutants (HAPs). "FTOs are particularly well-suited for purge vent VOC abatement in petrochemical plants, reducing the need for flaring. They provide more than 99.99% removal efficiency with ultra-low NOx emissions. Our customers exceed regulatory compliance requirements and can benefit from emissions credits," said Irrgang.
The energy efficient THERMATRIX portfolio ranges from stand-alone emissions control devices to large-scale process treatment systems and process-integrated, turnkey pollution control systems for a wide variety of applications.
