NASHVILLE, Tenn: Kindful, a software company that provides a fundraising and donor management platform for nonprofits, was named a 2017 finalist for Intuit Developer's Small Business App Showdown. The startup is headed to QuickBooks Connect in November to compete against nine other finalists for the grand prize of USD 100,000.
Finalists were chosen based on the quality of their QuickBooks integration, level of innovation, market impact, number of connections, five star reviews, and community votes.

"We are hyper-focused on developer success, creating opportunities for them to grow and gain access to our more than 2.38 million QuickBooks Online small business customers," said Alex Barnett, leader of Intuit's Developer Group. "Our annual Small Business App Showdown at QuickBooks Connect is one of the most exciting ways we help developers succeed with the chance to win $100,000. We are thrilled to have Kindful as one of the top 10 finalists and potentially gain unprecedented visibility and capital to take their business to the next level."

Kindful continues to innovate in the nonprofit sector with a robust list of integrations. Providing connections to industry-leading software like QuickBooks, CrowdRise, Square, MailChimp, and PayPal, Kindful gives nonprofits access to the tools they need to be successful.

"We are honored to have been chosen as a finalist for this prestigious competition. We can't wait to present Kindful to the QuickBooks world in November. To be considered among the other finalists is a privilege, and we're looking forward to competing," said Jeremy L. Bolls, Founder and CEO.

Kindful will present the app to a panel of judges on November 15 at QuickBooks Connect in San Jose, California.
