New Delhi , September 15 : Telecom Minister Manoj Sinha on Friday said that in next two years every village in the nation will have mobile connectivity.
"It doesn't matter whether the person is poor or rich in the nation anymore. Now who stays online and who stays offline is of more importance," Sinha stated.

The statement has come in the wake of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's assertion to make India 'digital'.

The ruling Government had launched a 'Digital India' to ensure that the Government services are made available to citizens digitally by improved online infrastructure.

The campaign was launched on July 2 2015, by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The initiative includes plans to connect rural areas with high-speed internet networks.
