"Zor se sorry bolo": Salman Khan asks paps to apologise after losing cool during recent hospital visit
Mumbai, May 21
Actor Salman Khan has grabbed headlines again, asking the paparazzi to apologise during his recent outing.
Salman attended the success party of Riteish Deshmukh's latest release, 'Raja Shivaji'.
As he posed for the media, Salman directly addressed the photographers, playfully asking them to say sorry.
"Zor se sorry bolo," he said in a moment that quickly caught everyone's attention, even leaving Riteish Deshmukh in splits.
Earlier this week, videos from outside Hinduja Hospital in Mumbai showed Salman visibly upset with photographers gathered outside the premises.
Following the incident, the actor took to his social media handle and dropped a series of fiery posts. In his notes, the actor said he has always supported the press and helped them, but he was upset to see photographers trying to make content out of someone's pain.
Reacting to the hospital incident, Salman wrote, "If I see any press at a hospital enjoying my pain. The press that I have stood for interacted with, took care to make sure that they also earn their bread n butter."
The 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' actor further warned photographers against repeating such behaviour during someone's difficult time.
Saying "try kar lena mere sath," Salman added, "Aise main sau jala doonga. Bhai k ek bhai k dukh par agli baar try kar lena mere sath. Buss try kar lena. Jab bhi tumhara koi hospital mai hoga kya mai aisa react karoonga (In such a situation, I will go to any extent and won't hesitate to take strong action. Next time, try this with me over someone's pain or suffering. Just try it. When someone from your own family is in the hospital, will I react the same way)?"
Meanwhile, at the success party, Riteish Deshmukh was accompanied by Genelia Deshmukh, Fardeen Khan, and Bhagyasharee among others.
The film, which was released on May 1, emerged as the biggest opening day grosser ever for a Marathi film, as per trade analyst Taran Adarsh.
The film boasts an ensemble cast, including Riteish Deshmukh, Sanjay Dutt, Abhishek Bachchan, Vidya Balan, Bhagyashree, and Genelia Deshmukh in key roles.
The film is directed by Riteish Deshmukh.
It also features Mahesh Manjrekar, Sachin Khedekar, Fardeen Khan, Jitendra Joshi, and Amole Gupte. A special appearance by Salman Khan has drawn enthusiastic reactions from audiences in theatres.

From Australia here. I find it fascinating how Bollywood stars interact with paparazzi. That "zor se sorry bolo" moment was quite playful. But his hospital anger is understandable - having cameras around during personal medical issues is invasive. Props to him for drawing the line.
Honestly both times were little over the top. First he shouts at them, then demanding apologies at a party? Thoda drama king hai. But yes hospital mein photos lena unethical hai. Koi balance hona chahiye aur respect dikhana chahiye privacy ka.
Jab hospital mein family member ka treatment chal raha ho, aur paps vahaan stand lein - that's just wrong. Salman ka stance sahi hai. Fans should understand boundaries. Glad Riteish's film is doing well though! Marathi cinema ka proud moment.
The irony is thick - he scolds them at hospital, then jokes at a party. Classic Salman balancing act. His warning to paps was serious though: "try kar lena mere sath." Bollywood aur paparazzi ka relationship hamesha complicated rahega. But hospital is sacred space - paps should learn.
As a long time Salman fan, I support him. But yeh "bhaai ka dukh" ki baat karte hue papa ki zameen pe baat karni chahiye. Unke profession ko bhi samjho. But overall good message - hospital mein privacy important hai. Warna log celebrities ko doctor ke paas jaane se darne lagenge.
