Good total, but the top order needs to be more aggressive. 45/2 in 8.3 overs is too slow for T20. Thankfully, the overseas players bailed them out. UP Warriorz bowlers, especially Shikha Pandey, did a decent job containing.

As a neutral fan, this is a very competitive score. 161 is defendable but also chaseable on a good ground. Will come down to how UP's batting lineup handles the pressure. Deepti Sharma's all-round role will be key.

Respectfully, I feel Harmanpreet's dismissal was a soft one. As captain, she should have built a longer partnership with Sciver-Brunt. Her early departure put extra pressure on the new batter. Hope she comes back stronger in the next match.

Nicola Carey's cameo at the end was so important! 32 off 20 balls gave them the final push. These finishing knocks are what separate 140 from 160+. Exciting second innings coming up! 🏏
