Finally, some proper focus on women's cricket in Vidarbha! Shraddha Nabira leading the side is a great choice. The franchise seems genuinely invested in building a complete ecosystem. But I hope the local talent gets more exposure at the grassroots level too - that's where the real development happens.

Good to see the auction strategy paying off. Retaining core players and adding young blood like Harsh Dubey is smart cricket management. But I wish they had gone for a few more experienced all-rounders - you need depth in VPL where conditions can be tricky. Still, looking forward to the season! 🏏

As someone who follows IPL closely but new to VPL, this article caught my attention. The way NECO is building both men's and women's teams is impressive. Jitesh Sharma's captaincy record speaks for itself. Might just start following Vidarbha Premier League this season!

Honestly, while the auction seems fine, I feel the squad could have been stronger in the bowling department. Batting looks solid with Jitesh and company, but we need more variety in bowling options. Hope the team management has a plan for spin-friendly tracks in Vidarbha. 🤔

So proud to see women's cricket getting equal billing! Shraddha Nabira's team has some talented young players like Aarya Gohane and Nupur Kohale. This is exactly what we need - more franchises investing in women's cricket at domestic level. Hope they go all the way this season! 💪
