Good step for cultural preservation. But I hope the government is equally focused on solving the real issues in the state like unemployment and infrastructure. Development and tradition should go hand in hand.

As someone from Uttarakhand, I feel proud. Our Devbhoomi's heritage is unique. Featuring the dhams and temples in the calendar is a great idea. Will definitely get a copy for my home in Delhi.

Panchang is not just a calendar, it's a guide for daily life based on planetary positions. Hope they explain the significance of tithis and nakshatras properly, not just list dates. Traditional knowledge must be passed on correctly.

My nani will be so happy to hear this! She always complains that modern calendars don't have proper vrats and parvas marked. This is a respectful nod to our elders and their way of life. 👵❤️
