😔 Very sad about the dogs. But this also highlights the ongoing EV fire issue in NCR. The second incident shows EVs catching fire while charging is becoming a pattern. Companies should recall and fix this before more lives are lost. Also, why are fires happening at 3 AM so often? Need night-time fire drills.

The fire department deserves appreciation for acting fast and rescuing 15-17 people in the second case. But honestly, these building owners need to be held accountable. We keep hearing about fires in apartments with no proper exits or firefighting equipment. Authorities should do surprise checks! 💪

The dogs dying is a tragedy no doubt. But I must say, the increased EV adoption without proper safety standards is a ticking time bomb. We can't keep blaming 'accidents' when the same pattern repeats. Govt should mandate battery standards and charging protocols immediately. Also, fire safety awareness among residents is poor.

🙏 Glad most people were rescued. But why no mention of punishment for building owners who didn't have fire safety measures? As a pet owner in Pune, I always keep my cats near the door with a carrier ready. Apartment dwellers should keep pet carriers and have evacuation plans for pets too. Take care of all family members!

Both incidents happening within a week makes me think - is Ghaziabad's fire department overstretched? 4 fire tenders for 15-17 trapped people is decent, but we need faster response. Also, EV fires while charging is a serious concern. Chinese batteries being used in many EVs could be the culprit. Make in India with quality! 🇮
