It's wonderful to see such recognition for the Indian-American community. As someone who has worked alongside many talented Indian colleagues in the tech sector, I've seen firsthand the incredible contributions they make. This proclamation is well-deserved and reflects the strong bonds between our countries.

As an Indian living in the US, this makes me so emotional. My parents came here with nothing but dreams, and now our community is being honored at the state level. The emphasis on youth power and Vande Mataram's 150th anniversary makes this even more special. We've come a long way! 🎉

This is great and all, but I wonder if we're doing enough for our own communities here. While recognizing India's independence is important, I hope the focus also remains on integrating and supporting all immigrant communities equally, not just during ceremonial proclamations but throughout the year.

The US recognizing India's 80th Independence Day across three states is a testament to the deep-rooted friendship between our nations. From education to healthcare to technology, Indian-Americans have truly made their mark. And celebrating 'Yuva Shakti' is so important - our youth are the future bridge between these two great democracies! ✨

While I'm happy about this recognition, I feel we should also remember the struggles behind our independence. The proclamation mentions the peaceful movement for freedom, but we shouldn't forget the sacrifices of countless heroes. Still, it's nice to see our culture being celebrated internationally. Vande Mataram! 🙌
