For the caption, she wrote: "Like attracts like. The right tribe just feels like home."

Talking about Urvashi, she made her acting debut at 6 for a commercial ad with Revathi. As a child she appeared as Rajlaxmi in the Doordarshan TV series Shrikant.

Her first TV role as an adult was in Doordarshan's Dekh Bhai Dekh followed by Waqt Ki Raftar. Later in the 2000s, she was seen in Ghar Ek Mandir, Kabhii Sautan Kabhii Sahelii, Kasautii Zindagii Kay and Kahiin To Hoga.

The actress had also participated in the sixth season of the controversial reality show "Bigg Boss" in 2012, where she emerged as the winner of the season and then was seen in historical fantasy series Chandrakanta as Queen Iravati. The actress is currently seen in the reality show Maa Hai Na, a reality cooking series premiering on ZEE5. It is hosted by Bollywood star Shilpa Shetty.

Urvashi was recently seen in "Maa Hai Na", a reality cooking series hosted by Shilpa Shetty and produced by Preeti Simoes and Neeti Simoes. In the show, celebrity contestants compete in pairs, each pairing a public figure with a parent or adult child, in cooking challenges and comedy segments.

Each episode pairs a celebrity with a parent or adult child to compete in cooking tasks and team challenges. The show was announced on Mother's Day 2026; filming had already begun by that date.

Good to see Urvashi back in the news. She was a solid actress in Kasautii Zindagii Kay - Komolika was iconic villain material! The cooking show with Shilpa Shetty sounds interesting. But I wish our TV stars were covered for their work, not just their holiday pics with Bollywood folks.

Ekta Kapoor and Urvashi bonding makes so much sense - they go way back to the Kasautii days! And Nargis fits right in, she's so bubbly. The "like attracts like" line is so true, especially in an industry where friendships can be so superficial. So refreshing to see real camaraderie! ✨

Ah, so this is the "Maa Hai Na" show people were talking about. Quite a format - cooking plus comedy with your parents? Bold. I respect Urvashi for still experimenting after all these years. But honestly, as a man who watched her since Dekh Bhai Dekh, I'd love to see her in a strong character role again. Her talent deserves more than glossy holiday posts.

Loved her in Naagin 6 and now she's doing a cooking show with her mom? That's so wholesome! London peeches with girl gang vibes, glamour, comedy shows - Urvashi is living her best life. More power to her! 💪

I don't follow Indian TV much, but this is a nice story. Friendships in showbiz can be so transactional, so seeing genuine bonds is always heartwarming. Also, going from Bigg Boss winner
