27 years already? Time flies! I remember watching this late at night on TV and being genuinely scared. That scene where the doorbell rings... chills! Manoj Bajpayee was equally fantastic. Golden era of RGV films.

Respectfully, while the film is good, I feel it's a bit overrated now. The plot twists were great for its time, but watching it today feels a bit slow. Still, Urmila ji's performance is undeniably powerful. Her range from Rangeela to Kaun was incredible.

As someone newer to Bollywood, I just watched this last year! It holds up so well. The psychological tension is better than many modern horror-thrillers. Urmila Matondkar is such an underrated actress. That final reveal... mind-blowing!

This film and "Bhoot" proved Urmila was the queen of thrillers in that era. The 90s had such unique experimental cinema alongside the big musicals. Kaun, Satya, Company... RGV gave us gems. Wish we could get that creative spark back in mainstream Bollywood.

The background score and sound design in this movie! The rain, the thunder, the doorbell... it created the whole atmosphere. Perfect example of how less is more. We were so invested in just three people in one house. Brilliant writing. 👏
