Good to see focus on education as the foundation. Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao has shown results in many areas. But we need to ensure safety and economic opportunities too. Empowerment is a package deal.

As an observer, it's impressive to see such a large-scale discussion on women's political participation. The link drawn between education, safety, and leadership is crucial. Real change happens when policy meets grassroots movement.

While the intent is good, I hope this isn't just political rhetoric before elections. We've heard promises before. The proof will be in seeing more women from diverse backgrounds actually getting tickets and winning, not just being used as symbols.

True empowerment means changing mindsets at home first. My daughter wants to be an engineer, and we are fully supporting her. That's where the new India begins. Laws help, but society's attitude must evolve.

Seeing more women in leadership roles in our panchayat has made a real difference in local issues like water, sanitation, and school facilities. This needs to scale up to state and national levels. More power to Nari Shakti! đŸ’ª
