Finally some serious EV competition! 🚗⚡ The 681 km range is class-leading, and safety ratings from NHTSA, Euro NCAP... that's good. But affordability is still a big question. ₹50,000 EMI for 5 years is too steep for most families.
I appreciate the tech but India needs sub-₹30 lakh EVs for mass adoption. This is just a toy for the rich. Plus, where's the charging infrastructure? Delhi to Mumbai road trip on a Tesla? Not practical yet.
The six-seater configuration is smart for Indian families. 🛞 We often travel with extended family. But 2,539L cargo space? That's mini-van territory! Hope the third row is comfortable for adults, not just kids.
The Model Y L is a game-changer in the premium segment. I've driven a Model 3 in the US and the build quality is top-notch. But Indian pricing needs to consider import duties. 61 lakhs is probably 20% more than what it should be.
Direct-to-consumer delivery is brilliant! No middlemen, no haggling, no 'processing fees' nonsense. 👏 Tesla's disrupting the dealership model that's been overcharging us for years. I hope other brands follow suit.
