The ensemble is artistic, no doubt. But I have to ask - is this "fashion" really accessible or relatable to the average person? It's great for the runway, but her point about climate and comfort feels a bit ironic when you look at the heavy corset and jacket. Just my two cents.

As someone who loves Indian fashion from abroad, this is exactly the kind of fusion I adore. It respects tradition while being utterly contemporary. Also, her spending her birthday in Varanasi sounds so spiritually fulfilling. More power to designers like Jajaabor!

Calcutta • Kolkata collection! ❤️ As a Bengali, it makes me so happy to see our city's soul and textile legacy being celebrated on the Lakme runway. Jamdani, muslin – these are treasures. Hope this inspires more young designers to look into our rich craft history.

The craftsmanship described here is incredible. The "deconstructed single-sleeve cutwork jacket" sounds like a piece of art. It's fascinating how Indian fashion weeks blend storytelling with design. Makes me want to learn more about Jamdani weaving techniques.
