Filmmaker Sriram Raghavan is all set to explore 'Johnny Gaddaar' zone once again with a new thriller.

He is working on a new project for Matchbox Shots set in the tonal zone of his 2007 hit directorial, which marked Neil Nitin Mukesh's screen debut alongside legendary Dharmendra, Variety informed.

"I am personally working on a couple of subjects with them. One is a true crime sort of thing which I am sort of adapting in my own way. And the other is a fiction, it is a thriller, and I mean next year is 20 years of 'Johnny Gaddaar,' so something I want to do in that zone," Sriram said.

Sriram is yet to finalise the title of the film.

Over the years, Sriram Raghavan has created hit projects such as Badlapur, and the award-winning thriller Andhadhun. He has also worked with Katrina Kaif and Vijay Sethupathi in 'Merry Christmas'.
