Australia women's team is a dynasty in the making. But honestly, I think the gap between them and the rest is widening. ICC needs to invest more in grassroots women's cricket in associate nations. We in India have the talent (Shafali, Smriti, Deepti) but the consistency and mental toughness of the Aussies is on another level.
