Mumbai, July 31
Singer Harshdeep Kaur and her husband Mankeet Singh recently bumped into cricketer Abhishek Sharma on a flight.
On Friday, Mankeet shared selfies with Harshdeep and Abhishek. All three were smiling in the pictures.
"Caught up with the amazing & extremely humble @abhisheksharma_4 today! Such a treat watching your fearless batting style and everything you're bringing to Indian cricket. Onwards and upwards! #abhisheksharma #indiancricketteam," Mankeet captioned the post.
Meanwhile, on the cricket front, Abhishek was in action during T20Is against Zimbabwe, scoring 1, 8 and 2 in three matches.

Harshdeep Kaur is such a proud Punjabi icon! And Abhishek has been really entertaining in the IPL. But honestly, his T20I stats this year are average — 23.36 with some low scores in Zimbabwe. Need more consistency from him, but this picture is wholesome.
Yaar, this is why I love Indian cricket — the players stay so grounded despite all the fame. Abhishek's fearless style in the IPL was total entertainment. Also, Harshdeep's 'Kesariya' still gives me chills 🎶
Good to see our athletes supporting each other. But I do feel Abhishek gets too many chances despite inconsistent scores. He scored only 11 runs in 3 matches against Zimbabwe. That said, he's young and will improve. Harshdeep's husband seems really nice!
Flights pe celebrities milte rehte hain... but what matters is the performance on the field. Abhishek has potential but needs to convert starts into big scores. 185 strike rate is good, but average of 23 is worrying. Hoping he performs well in upcoming matches.
So adorable 😍 Harshdeep ji's husband called Abhishek 'amazing & extremely humble' — and he really is! That six-hitting ability in the IPL was pure class. Wishing him all the best for the future. Also nice to see a singer and cricketer connecting over their craft.
