Shraddha Arya takes holy dip in Ganga, calls it a reset for the soul

Television actress Shraddha Arya recently embraced a spiritual retreat in Haridwar, where she took a holy dip in the sacred river Ganga.
Sharing glimpses from her visit on Instagram, the actress described the experience as a "reset for the soul." The Kundali Bhagya actress posted a reel in which she showed that the solution to her 99 problems is one dip in the Ganga. Alongside the video, Shraddha wrote, "A Reset For the Soul #Blessing #Ganga #Haridwar."
In the clip, the actress, dressed in an orange suit, is seen climbing the stairs and taking a dip in the Ganga River. The 'Main Lakshmi Tere Aangan Ki' actress also shared candid solo photos from her Haridwar trip. She also shared glimpses from the Ganga aarti and wrote, "Ganga ke kinare #harkipauri #tajpilibhithouse #haridwar."
On the personal front, she is a mother of twins. Shraddha Arya welcomed her babies in November 2024. The twins, named Siya and Shaurya, recently celebrated their first birthday. For the unversed, Shraddha and her husband Rahul chose to keep their twins away from the media spotlight and did not share any pictures of them on social media for an entire year. To mark their twins' first birthday, the actress posted unseen photos from the time of her delivery on social media.
Reflecting on her journey into motherhood, she also penned an emotional note expressing her feelings. "A year ago, in a quiet Hospital room, I Held my whole world for the first time.. Life changed in an instant and so did I. Happy one year of being your mama... Happy Birthday My forever Miracles (pink and blue heart emojis) !!! (sic)."

While I appreciate her spiritual side, I wish celebrities would also talk about the pollution in Ganga. Taking a dip is one thing, but real "reset for the soul" would be joining the clean-up efforts. Just a thought.
