RSS to hold Akhil Bharatiya Prant Pracharak Baithak in Belagavi from July 10-12

New Delhi, July 2

The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh will hold its annual Akhil Bharatiya Prant Pracharak Baithak in Belagavi, Karnataka, from July 10 to 12, during which senior organisational leaders from across the country will review the Sangh's expansion initiatives, training programmes and organisational roadmap, with a special focus on the ongoing Sangh Shatabdi year.

The three-day meeting will bring together Prant Pracharaks, Sah Prant Pracharaks, Kshetra Pracharaks and Sah Kshetra Pracharaks representing all 11 Kshetras and 46 Prants of the organisation. Akhil Bharatiya Sangathan Mantris of 32 Sangh-inspired organisations are also expected to participate.

The meeting comes after the Akhil Bharatiya Pratinidhi Sabha held in Samalkha, Haryana, in March this year. During the baithak, the RSS leadership will review the implementation of annual organisational plans at the shakha level following the completion of Sangh training camps held across the country during April, May and June.

A major focus of the discussions will be the expansion of the Sangh's shakha network under its centenary outreach campaign. Senior functionaries will assess the progress made so far, review programmes completed during the Sangh Shatabdi year and finalise the roadmap for the remaining centenary events scheduled up to Vijayadashami on October 20, 2026. The meeting will also deliberate on strategies to accelerate shakha expansion across the country.

The agenda includes a review of the 2026 Sangh training camps, implementation of organisational programmes, planning for upcoming activities and discussions on the Pravasa Yojana (tour programme) of RSS Sarsanghchalak Dr Mohan Bhagwat for 2026-27.

Apart from organisational issues, the Pracharaks will exchange feedback from different parts of the country and deliberate on important contemporary issues, including the forthcoming census and other developments of national significance.

RSS Sarsanghchalak Dr Mohan Bhagwat, Sarkaryavah Dattatreya Hosabale, all Sah Sarkaryavahs, including Dr Krishnagopal, CR Mukunda, Arun Kumar, Ramdutt, Alok Kumar and Atul Limaye, besides Akhil Bharatiya Karya Vibhag Pramukhs and members of the organisation's executive council, will attend the meeting.

Dr Mohan Bhagwat is scheduled to arrive in Belagavi on July 6, ahead of the commencement of the three-day organisational meeting.

As an outsider looking in, it's interesting to see how disciplined this organisation is with their annual reviews and planning. Three-day meets for 46 prants is quite an operation. I wonder how the census discussions will shape up.

While I respect their organisational skills, I wish RSS would also focus more on inclusive nation-building rather than just shakha expansion. The centenary year is a good opportunity to reach out to diverse communities. 🕊️

Impressive scale of organisation - 46 prants and 32 affiliated bodies attending. The emphasis on training camps and grassroots expansion shows long-term strategic thinking. Curious to see how the Pravasa Yojana for Dr Bhagwat unfolds.

Belagavi is a great venue - the border region dynamic adds another layer. Good that they're discussing contemporary issues like census too. But I hope they also talk about women's empowerment and youth engagement in a meaningful way. 👩‍🎓

As a Karnatak native, I'm proud Belagavi is hosting such a significant meet. The RSS shakha network has done commendable work in rural areas. The centenary outreach should definitely include more environmental and education projects. Jai Hind! 🚩
