Another dynastic candidate? Son of former MLC. While experience in the family helps, I wish parties would give more chances to fresh faces with new ideas. The local authorities' constituency needs someone who will truly work for them.

The election schedule is very tight! Notification on 16th, polling on 27th April. EC must ensure a free and fair process. In Bihar, every vote counts. Let's see what the BJP-JD(U) alliance does now.

Bas, ab yeh by-election ka tamasha shuru. Hope the candidate remembers his village Banstal after winning. MLCs should be accessible to the people who elect them, not just sit in Patna.

The Model Code of Conduct is in place now. Good. This should keep things civil. Let's have a debate on policies, not personal attacks. All the best to Sonu Kumar Rai.
