While the process seems smooth, I hope the new leadership will focus more on ground-level issues in states like Assam - inflation and employment are real concerns for us common people.
Himanta Da is a busy man! From Assam to Davos to Delhi politics. His faith in the party workers is commendable. Young president like Nitin Nabin could bring fresh energy to the organization.
Interesting to observe Indian political processes. The detailed timeline for nominations and elections shows systematic planning. The blend of attending global forums while managing domestic party affairs is quite strategic.
"Collective wisdom" sounds good, but let's be honest - when PM Modi and Amit Shah have backed a candidate, the election is just a formality. Would like to see more genuine contests in future.
As a BJP supporter from Gujarat, I'm excited about a young national president. Hope he connects with the youth of the country and addresses our aspirations. Jai Hind!
