Jammu and Kashmir's dominance was built on a strong foundation laid on Day 1 after electing to bat. Great batting, but let's be honest, the pitch is a road. 584 is massive, but Prasidh Krishna still managed a fifer. Imagine if he had some support from the surface or other bowlers. Karnataka's batting needs to show similar grit now. The match isn't over yet.

While the batting is praiseworthy, I have a respectful criticism about the pitch. A final should offer a balance between bat and ball. A surface where only one bowler takes 5 wickets while conceding 98 runs, and the team still scores 584, is perhaps too heavily skewed. It tests patience more than skill.
